Sketching faces : Portraits

And what about sketching? Sketching is probably the first step into every new artwork. It's also the gesture that all designers and artists end up developing, like a calligraphy. Sometimes sketching became itself a piece of beauty. That's when no more work is necessary.  Here are some of my studies sketching human portraits...From about a dozen of try outs, this three are among the few ones very interesting. I used 3 sets of my lovely ShinHanart TOUCH pen little collection, in coloured mode, as well as cold and hot greys. All, over Bristol paper.Hope you enjoy!

COUPEZ-ICI : Inquisition, Thirsty & Mama Mia

Because it's Halloween season...

...this blog's first post couldn't be about something else.  This 2 images were made inspired by a friend's suggestion to create some Halloween-skull-make-up-girls-like image. It was nice to be unofficially asked to design something new (new for myself) and I did this two propositions. This friend said that she would buy something form my collections if I'd have something around this theme...and then I did.  So I dedicate this first post to my two first buyers and their choice! Thank you very much guys!  Join us on Facebook!!
